Weed cannot be used as a cause in any accident because the THC test does not prove your high so it isn't recorded as so also it's the same in death weed can not be the direct reason because of the testing procedure that doesn't mean no one has died because of smoking weed but it can't be recorded as so.

In Oklahoma people can get up to life for growing pot, but more likely a prison stay of at least 5 years or so. I am not interested in rewarding a pot grower any span of free room and board via prison time on my tax dollars.

Yes, it does. You must be using the same version of Google that told ya that they shut down booze sales in Alaska during the winter.

From the Google I used:

Many people are surprised to find out that after alcohol, marijuana is the next most prevalent substance found in impaired drivers. When used together, marijuana and alcohol have a significant impact on a driver's ability to perform.

Prop 203 will increase the number of fatal car crashes | Reasons to Oppose "Medical Marijuana" in Arizona

Quote:
In two years, the number of fatal car accidents caused by marijuana increased 25 percent. In Montana, marijuana now causes half as many traffic fatalities as alcohol, and the gap is narrowing.

All from Google. Then there are also the NORML et al sites that downplay the issue.

I'm sorry to hear of such tragic trouble, but thousands of people die every year because they were stupid enough to drive while drunk, yet there is no serious grass roots level movement I know of to ban alcohol to do something about it.

By the way, the government's ban on pot and other drugs shows how sorely ineffective the ban has been thru your own awful experiences.

I would do nothing, just as I do nothing about my current neighbor who grows. It's basically legal here anyway, so the cops wouldn't care unless it was a major non-medical growing & sales operation.

The same thing I do whenever I see anything illegal going on - I report it.

If you lived in a medical marijuana state (I believe there are 12 of them now), would you still report it?

Default If your neighbor was growing marijuana, what would you do?

If I found any neighbor doing such a filthy, disgusting act, I'd report them immediately!
