If your neighbor was growing marijuana, what would you do? I'm sure it'd depend on the amount, the reason, their demeanor, various other factors, but what would you do?

I've had two or three neighbors who grew their own marijuana, and I don't care. My current neighbor grows some in his backyard, and he knows that I know he has it there -- and that I don't care, and I won't rat him out.
I still want to know why or how the neighbors would know in the first place. The only reason for the neighbors to know is that you somehow want them to.
If you're doing something illegal and are open about it, just take it for granted that someone will rat you out. The reasons don't matter; you have no control over that aspect of it. You only have control over your own activities and if you try to shove illegal activity into peoples' faces, there just may be consequences.
Of course I won't get an answer to that question but oh well.
None of my business what people do in the privacy of their own home, RIGHT! UNLESS you are 100% sure there are criminal activities going on also, that could be of harm to someone. If there are tons of cars parking in front of the house, with savory characters coming and going, may be a different story, but if they are pretty normal people with no complaints, just smoke a little pot now and then, not my buiness, nor any one elses!

Your grow tent blows down, or your neighbor peaks over, tree falls on your privacy fence, etc.
Lots of ways people can get into your business when you don't want them to.
