Any country you go to, there will be poorer people and people that commit crime. It's called a socioeconomic ladder. Society isn't equal, what else is new? I'm also not sure if you're aware, but black people aren't born criminals.
If you just want to randonly point out things just to instill fear in people, you're not doing anything except helping people confirm their fearful and racist biases. You have to offer solutions.
People like you love to speak about how evil black people are, but coincidentally never say anything about education, parenting, American sociology, history etc.
There is no doubt its about both. In my experience, black culture isn't much about central authority and compliance. That isn't necessarily a bad thing because as well behaved as Japan was during their disaster, they seem to tolerate corrupt institutions far more so. White America is in the middle( I see a desire of law and order in one case and a desire for looking at the social context in another. Neither of these is wrong.). There is no inherent moral superiority. Its just different. In an Orwellian world, black America would probably be the best defense. Yet it can also slip into lawlessness more easily.
Bare in mind WWII was the result of European planning. Europeans prefer organized violence.
I don't know about the solution, but this idea that all races are the same ignores that nature simply adapted us to a different reality. Those individual differences might be minor, especially individually, but we are not identical twins in temperament or culture. Civil rights made the wrong move to try and apply bot sexual and racial flat earthism. Can't have a solution when ignoring reality. That much I know.
I'd also observe that black America is the canary dying in welfare socialism, i.e. a fatherless society.
Black people need to address their problems. They need to find out why these black teens have no respect for their own or anybody elses life. And fix that problem.
Okay- following your logic:
Males commit murder 99 times for every female who commits murder. I don't see you anyone wringing their hands at how bad all men are. How can we fix the "male problem?" Why do they have no respect for life?
To all the excuse makers here: you are what's wrong with the black community. Might as well get used to whitey getting in your business, because you refuse to fix it and the cesspool is overflowing into other cultures.
