Let me ask you this: Are most Africans (who live in Africa) successful and crime free? If not, why?
Hint: Almost all of the African immigrants that come to the US, are middle/upper-class. They usually get here by way of student VISA. So, right off the bat, you have folks from a middle/upper-class background who are pursuing higher education. What else would this people do, besides succeed?
These African immigrants are on par with middle/upper class African-Americans, so I'm not sure why there's always a need to compare them to AAs who are on welfare.
If we're going to do a comparison, let's keep it honest.
Well Ghana has a lower crime rate than the USA the crime rate in the USA is being disproportionately driven by Blacks. African immigrants are not mostly from middle class backgrounds. Yes many come on student visas but one doesn't have to be rich to be a student in Africa. You just have to work hard. Also many come on diversity visas, family, tourist visas, refugees etc.
Presumably there are far more middle class Black Americans in this country than African immigrants and their children. Yet at Ivy League schools there are just as many students from an African background as African American which would suggest another disconnect.
In fact, some national experts said the trend represented by the Seattle data is not surprising. They pointed to some studies about college attendance and achievement indicating that immigrant families from all backgrounds tend to put a larger emphasis on education than those families that have been in the country longer.
Traditional factors in low performance, such as poverty and single-parent homes, are generally shared by black immigrants and nonimmigrants alike.
Which means nothing unless it's the same number of white men out of 100 on the outside as Black convicts out of 100 who are also free.
I disagree as statistics will show that on average Black Americans (particularly males) are more susceptible to racial and stereotypical profiling. At the end of the day America was founded on the premise of one race (white) being superior to all others, America will never "overcome".

Its getting to the point it might be best to just keep them on their side of town and let them eradicate each other. No hope, as far as rehabilitation. We gave them one of their own as president and all they did was take a four year vacation instead of using the situation to advance their cause in a positive way.
Maybe its best to continue to let them killing each other off. Bill Cosby said it best and they ran him off.
Who is they? It is unfortunate that the white media continues to give credibility to Al and Jesse in order to contribute to keeping the racial divide alive while tamping down the positive statements of Bill Cosby but really other than those in control, whose fault is that?

I keep hearing reports about how wrong profiling is and that hoodies aren't bad. Yet the simple fact is that young Black males murder at 10 times the rate as young White and Hispanic men combined
Of course not all Black males are murders but is it really unreasonable to not be at least cautious when confronted with an unknown young black male especially when dressed in urban attire?
There's a documentary done on CNN about how American jails are on the rise. It is basically BIG business and is costing the tax payer, MUCH...
And so i figured, with the mass amounts of murders coming from black communities and mass paedophilia coming mostly from white societies, why cant we recruit those black trigger happy individuals and have them kill off the paedophiles but give blacks reduced sentences for getting rid of filt from American societies, Saves taxpayers money too?

But still the pyschoses portrayed in these postings is definitely disturbing. Self-hatred is never pretty, but this is pathologic- again, the postings, not the poster.

I definitely do. Crime as a whole (regardless of race) would go down significantly. We'd also save thousands of Mexican lives a year. The Drug War is financially draining this country and doing nothing to stop the use of drugs. All it does is inflate the prices and flood our jails.
See Portugal for a great example of how a change in drug policy can actually lower its use and greatly reduce crime rates. They chose to legalize everything and heavily fund rehab, counseling, etc.
What people are missing out on is crime is a business. Follow the money. Just think about all the bologna someone has to supply.
