I agree that dwelling on the race of the 2 people involved solves nothing. However, I find it interesting that you mentioned the New Black Panthers, a hate group.
Well the reason IN THIS CASE we don't mention the Democrat party (which GZ was a community organizer for apparently) or the KKK was that the NEW BLACK PANTHER party put posters and a bounty up for George Zimmerman.

Perhaps it would be more appropriate to raise that question with Florida's governor and state attorney who would properly have jurisdiction over criminal offenses committed in the state of Florida.
