But the FACT is that the schools continually get WORSE while we keep throwing more money down the black hole that is our schools.

Liberals ALWAYS think more money solves every problem but the school systems are a perfect example of how it doesn't.

We are talking here about the best paid public school teachers in the USA!!!!!! Yet, obviously paying them more than all other teachers hasn't produced better schools.
Actually throwing money at schools isn't good, investing in teacher pay, smaller classes (which costs more), and programs that help students to be active both economically and physically to promote student growth (these programs also cost money.)

You should learn the difference between throwing money at something and investing in something.

Funny cause you seemed to not comment on any of the points that I made with the first article, it seems like plenty of people in Chicago support what the teachers are asking for.

There are many examples of this going on around the country.

It's REALLY REALLY wierd how the far left and far right here don't want to admit the truth that there are dems trying to do this.
If true, why is it only the Republicans that are accused of "waging a war on teachers"?

Yep.......there won't be massive Union protests, no Hitler mustaches on Rahm's face, or calls for a recall election of a Democrat who tries to bust the union's strangle-hold on our poor kid's education.

Just add this to the long list of Liberal hypocrisy!!
