I understand he's trying to make a point but it seems to me that in doing so he kind of exposed himself as a bigot by conscious decision and not by practicality. That's because he hasn't walked down the street in decades.
If wehotex says he's leery I'll take his word for it that it's thru his practical experience (cuz he lives in West Hollywood and I'm assuming he doesn't have Cuban's $ to insulate).

Seriously, why isn't it normal. Hoodies are just sweatshirts with a hood to cover your head. And they have been around forever. Why does a hood bother you. And do you know how cold it can get in May. I had my heat on the other day.
Hoodies should only be on your head if it's a Blizzard and freezing. Not for rain or slight breeze

I'm white and wear a hoodie all the time when it's chilly. I don't care what others do. Most at my kids games wear hoodies. So what is the point? Well at midnight who is walking around in hoodies..........folks doing no good. I don't walk around a midnight and doubt the folks at my kids games do either.
Cuban hasn't encountered a black guy in a hoodie at night in decades. That's the point.
