That's ridiculous. Businesses and government agencies target their recruitment to all different segments of society every day. They don't just post ads and wait for applicants. What world do you live in?
You said it's on the employer to "find" black applicants if none apply when they post a job listing. This is where you are wrong. If an employer chooses to search in self segregated black areas for self segregating black applicants, fine, but it's not an obligation on the employer to do so.
Why not address the rest of my post and points btw?
Why do we have to speculate about the cop's injuries? What's stopping them from releasing official statements, photos, and the cop's side of the story?
I didn't say a black officer wouldn't have shot Brown. I said if a black officer had shot Brown we wouldn't be having a conversation about it being due to racism.
So only "White" officers can respond to/interact with "Whites" in the community. "Blacks" for "Blacks"? And so on?

They're irate because they release the video of the good boy robbing the store. Maybe they are being stopped.
So, while talking about the sunshine law, that leads to something bothering me.
Missouri Sunshine Law has one exception built into it for investigations in progress. The victims can obtain a court order to get all details. Forensics, autopsy, witness list, witness statements, everything.
They could even have used this to get the name of the shooter (though they probably already knew).
So, why haven't they sought this order? Or have they, but not released the information? Assuming a civil suit is coming, it would be in their best interest to get the court order.
Again more coddling of the Black Man by the White Daddy.
No wonder a large portion of Black culture has got it's collective heads up their arse.
Even in an election year where the first half black president was elected these people didn't get the vote out as witnessed by no blacks on the city council or mayor.
HOW MUCH MORE could there have possible been in it for these apathetic souls, which make up 60% or more of the population?
Stop pretending that citizens everywhere of all political persuasions are not engaged by whats in it for them.
You really should frame this post and keep it for later when you are wondering why the Republican party cant elect another president in your lifetime.
For sure these people didn't vote Republican; but, you can bet your bottom dollar there are Democrats in there now trying to get them registered.
Well, if the victim is dead, can the estate (e.g. Brown's parents I would assume) then get a court order for the information? Also, Crump is their lawyer, I believe. Is he well versed enough in Missouri law to know this or at least have local legal advisers? I know you wouldn't know all of those answers but just asking the questions for discussion sake.
Here's what it says, "Any person, including a family member of such person within the first degree of consanguinity if such person is deceased or incompetent, attorney for a person, or insurer of a person involved in any incident or whose property is involved in an incident, may obtain any records closed pursuant to this section or section 610.150 for purposes of investigation of any civil claim or defense, as provided by
this subsection."
Maybe they simply do not want to show their hand on the civil claim part yet, in case it damages the criminal case?
The guy said Brown was slumped over, bleeding when the officer approached him and fired 3 to 4 more shots.
