The biggest deception was how Gruber/Obama/DHHS used each other to get what they wanted. .

Gruber got his $400,000, access to the WH, and went on to make $millions by advising states on their programs.

Obama/DHHS got a creator and supporter of Ocare to parade around as an independent expert MIT economics professor.

We know Grubergate is bad for the WH when even Slate admits he's a problem for Obama and the D's.

Republican anger over Jonathan Gruber’s Obamacare comments is justified: Democrats used the MIT professor’s words to attack the GOP first.

Default Calling Democrats stupid and uninformed....

You know what?

Not one Republican bought the lies.

Who really is the stupid uninformed voter?

That's the problem. He wasn't independent. He was on the federal government's payroll.

Yeah, we knew that..
You do realize that the entire financial structure of insurance, as a general product, is non-claimants paying more so that the claimants receive benefits right? In the case of health insurance it is just the healthy paying more so that the sick can get benefits.

I mentioned house AND Senate in my post. See last line. Reid is 100% as guilty as Boehner (SP?)

Don't you feel just a little bit foolish having bought into? There is still time to break free and re-evaluate your position. Otherwise you stand with nefarious liars of low moral character. Associating with such hoodlums will impact your reputation.
No, I don't, because as I've said SO MANY TIMES, the left is just as guilty as the right. If you read my posting history, I have said over and over again that NEITHER party has yours (or mine) interest in mind, and that both are owned by special interest. The thing I see more of is the right trying to frame the left as the problem. They are EQUALLY the problem, and I reject anyone that blames either side more than the other.

Take just about any issue, and the control is in the hands of corporate America. It applies to Obama, it applies to the Republicans and it applies to the Democratic Party.

Healthcare
Immigration
Prescription Drugs
Illegal Drugs
Prisons
Banking
Wars
Oil

It is all being decided by special interest. I'd love to "break free", but currently there is no party out there offering a solution. Not the Dems, not the Repubs. Do you disagree with that?

Insurance premiums are usually appropriately risk-adjusted. Obamacare doesn't allow that. The healthy are being overcharged for their insurance to pay for the sick. Even Gruber admits it. Those who are responsible, physically fit, live a healthy lifestyle, etc., are being overcharged to pay for the negative health consequences of the irresponsible obese, smokers, drug/alcohol abusers, etc.

Gruber masqueraded as an independent thinker on healthcare and now there's all these videos of him laughing at the stupid American public.

I suspect it's already been posted but RCP posted a Bret Baier look at the Gruber mess here Bret Baier: Transparency Issues Plagued Obamacare From The Start | Video | RealClearPolitics and Investors Business Daily has an excellent editorial detailing how Obama and Gruber worked as a team to deceive the American public here Obama Lied: Jonathan Gruber Was A Key Player In ObamaCare Deception - Investors.com

Nixon was a piker compared to Obama.

Who are the sheep following? The RW media overplaying the same comments over and over. The speaker (Gruber) who said he was wrong for making the comments last week.

Who followed the discussion, those who have gotten the Ins, and find it works just fine and has lower costs. Or the people who listen to the RW media and fall for every website claiming that Obamacare is bad.

Look at the whole picture and you will find you are being played.

Your point is valid. Just not in this thread. Start one separate with equal documentation of chicanery. Then your posts will have some validity. Otherwise you look like one who just wants to sidetrack the thread.
