Come now, going back to Reagan ? There must be something a Bush did to distract from the topic

The OP went back to 2006 so I thought this was a thread about the past.

Must have hit a nerve?

Obama is good but he cannot predict the future. Conflating 2006 statements of Obama with statements made by a man years later makes no sense at all. My post was merely demonstrating this.

I am actually praising Obama a bit. He is learning to temper his lies.

Obama went from lying about his own mother's death for political points and repeating the lie after caught in it - to knowing that there needs to be limits to his lies.

It had to be tempting to pull a Pelosi and pretend that he didn't know Gruber. But Obama knew that it would come out that it was BS, just like it did with Pelosi, and just like this video proved - so Obama just distanced himself from Gruber's lies.

Perhaps Obama is starting to feel some pressure to be honest for the first time in his presidency. He has to know that millions would be ready to excuse the lie if he were caught in lying about not knowing Gruber.

The news article came out today - about a video from 2006 - as Gruber is a current events topic today.

Why is a right-wing news outlet calling a 2006 video news?

So we're past the denial stage and although not yet past the anger stage we're starting to test out the bargaining stage. This is progress, of a sort.

Bots are paid to parrot talking points. They don't think at all. Responding to them increases the amount of taxpayer money they loot.

You are a good woman, or man. You are welcome. Bipartisanship is breaking all over the real world. D.C. is not the real world.

Anyway, people know where I stand, and you are right, my comments are out of context in THIS thread.

Thanks. Reps coming your way if I'm allowed to.
