Hillary is NOT Bernie on controlling drug prices. Both are better than leaving the issue to the Republicans, including Donald Trump.

The patent itself is always owned by the inventor(s). they can also sell rights to the patents to others or be forced by regulators or other government agencies to license others. In some cases the courts may force payments but not allow a refusal to use.

And you prove this by quoting Trump saying he would push for the ability to negotiate prices?
The article said that Trump backed off this policy when confronted with Congressional Republican opposition.

Here in WV this is the thing. It was a big story when it was revealed how West Virginia University granted her an MBA without actually doing the work and the only reason was because of Joe.

She wants to eliminate private health insurance, and reduce prescription drug prices by negotiating bulk purchases.
They had the votes to make this happen in 2009-10. Instead they passed a massive give away to the pharmaceutical and insurance industries and it's an epic failure.
Hillary Clinton would be most similar to a third term of George Bush when it comes to war mongering and stupidity mixed with a third term of Obama when it comes to political correctness and stupidity.
To that add wage crushing open borders and amnesty combined with the well-plotted Goldman-Sachs/CCX carbon-credit scam and free trade to the highest bidder.
