funny thing is cops in the most of the EU must be better, stronger, faster ,smarter.... we must have fat slow dull witted police.

why?

well cops in most of the EU can safely subdue an unarmed woman without needing to tase her .

I guess American police are not very brave and not very strong. compared to cops elsewhere.
Are a great deal of citizens armed in the EU? Are there abundant lawsuits against officers for the slightest word or touch or even for just stopping someone?

so i repeat. a bunch of cops dont need to use a taser on a small woman, they WANTED to use the taser, and they certainly did not need to use it 3 times. they WANTED to use it to punish her for giving them a hard time. and frankly you know it. You wont admit it but you know very well there was no NEED for the taser and you know full well they did it to punish her.

warrant , not complying , being rude, not giving name all mean nothing because they are completely unrelated to safely subduing someone. sure those things allow you to justify it in your head but they have nothing at all to do with the force required to subdue her. and again you know it.
A taser is probably the lesser of ways to to control the situation. They could have pepper sprayed her or physically wrestled her into handcuffs which would certainly create an outrage.

Do you feel its ok for people to refuse to comply with instruction in all other fields. How are people to do their jobs to keep people safe if there is no expectation to listen and follow direction?

Could it be the taser was used as a tool and that they NEEDED to keep the situation from escalating so no one got hurt.

But some people have to push the boundaries, and then they complain when they screw up. Plus, there are some people who just do not care and who live a lifestyle that is not like most of us live. Those are the people who have a difficult time when a cop stops them.
It is a badge of courage for some people to resist, defy, run, scream, cause a disturbance. It is low class thinking and a lack of parenting that raised these animals. The graybar hotel is considered regular housing for these people. Regular pillars to the community.

Imagine if everyone applied that mentality in their day to day lives; preemptively reacting just in case someone's dangerous.

You think bad people would only hurt cops?

That's right. Obey your masters. It's in the Bible.

that has nothing to do with tasing her. There was no need to , they simply wanted to PUNISH her for being PITA.

cops are not supposed to be judges, they are not supposed to pass sentence, seek revenge or punish.

the cops job is to use the min force to safely subdue the suspect. tasing her was because they were angry. and guess what that is illegal. but sadly cops in the usa are allowed to murder people, electrocute people , beat people. and steal from people .

but i get it, you think "she had it coming" cause in your head the law only applies to you and yours.
You weren't there, but I would have loved to see how you handled this situation had you been the cop.

Not sure about that.

Yep, this was not Ozzie and Harriet:
