Yes, has the law been challenged on constitutional grounds? The main reason we have a USSC is to keep laws from violating the Constitution.

Our government already has Trump’s returns. They are already auditing them I believe. What more does the government need?

There is no audit. He just doesn't want the world to know the truth about his shady finances

Showing long form birth certificates are not in the constitution either but that didn't stop Trump or birthers from demanding Obama release his!
