Well, it’s probably true that if white people didn’t bring her slave ancestors to America, she would probably be starving to death in Africa, so....
American Asians excel above whites academically, a greater percentage of Asian americans graduate from college than whites, and financially, Asian americans earn more than whites. if you blame whites for the socioeconomic failures of blacks do you also credit the socioeconomic superiority of asians to white people?
if you insist that whites are to blame for black americans' socioeconomic failures then you must give white americans the credit for the Asian americans' successes. Asian americans would be insulted if it was assumed they didn't earn their own success. why do some blacks insist they don't own their own failures?
Why do people keep bringing up Asians? The majority of Asians in America are at most second generation. The majority of whites are at least 7 generations. The majority of blacks are at least 8 generations. It's best to compare groups who have been in America the longest....and that is Native Americans, Blacks and then whites.

There have been Asians on the west coast (and other areas) since the mid-19th century. There were legislative efforts to banish them entirely. They had to carry special paperwork, and did not generally obtain citizenship and voting rights until well into the 20th century. Blacks got citizenship with the passage of the 14th Amendment, IIRC around 1868. In some ways Asians were more mal-treated than blacks. And they are still being discriminated against in college admissions, in 2019!

You need to read better. Like I don't know that Asians have been in America for hundreds of years. My point, again, is that the average Asian is not more than 2 generation Americans. The data on Asians in America is born from those 1st and 2nd generation Asians. The Asians that were here centuries ago have been intermarried with whites, more than likely, kind of like many Native Americans and their blood quantum.
Since some of your prices are higher than ours, I can see why in your part of the world it really isn't much more that you're paying to eat healthy meals. Here, it's quite different. People tend to fill up on carbs - the biggest bang for their buck when trying stretch a meal.
I agree with you on eggs.
Dude. Get a Costco membership.
Supplement that with Aldi. (or make this step 1)
As a last resort, buy from a grocery store.
You'll cut your food bill in half.
P.S. Costco has tons of other stuff like clothes, housewares etc. so you can recoup your membership fee outside of just groceries, but again, if not...aldis...aldis...aldis...
