Now that will be an interesting read.

"Somebody who reads only newspapers and, at best, books of contemporary authors, looks to me like an extremely near-sighted person who scorns eyeglasses. He is completely dependent on the prejudices and fashions of his times, since he never gets to see or hear anything else."

Albert Einstein

Circa 1952, so take quote in context of time. Mostly applicable now as well, just substitute social media, news snippets, click bait sites, youtube, snapchat, twitter, etc. for newspapers. Fewer and fewer read the classics outside of required reading in school, etc.

Trump is giving away copies with a $50 donation. I'm willing to bet that the Trump campaign was at least one of those large bulk purchases.

No, you won't. You guys said you were sick and tired of political dynasties (Bush and Clinton) in 2016 which is why you voted for Trump. Now you're gonna vote for Don The Con's son?

Hypocrite, much?

It's an old trick. Palin did it twice, Glen Beck did it, half of the talking heads on Fox did it, and so many others I can't even count them all. Anyone with connections can do it.

It's a very cheap and easy way to launch a book tour. And for a politician wanna-be, a book tour is a very easy and cheap way to get some attention. The book isn't important- it's the face time that is in a book tour. And any tour is always a really cheap way to get some public attention.

Let's see how it's selling in 2 weeks.
RNC bought a bunch. Some donators campaign dollars at work.

Rather like Trump trying so, so hard to become a New York socialite and a player in the entertainment industry, failing, and still have fake Time magazine covers featuring himself made.

Helping the young'uns with somebody else's money, it's a Trump family tradition. When Donald's casino wasn't doing well, Trump senior sent some of his associates to buy a few million dollars' worth of chips.
