Yep, and the woman should also say “no”. After all she’s the one that gets pregnant. “Just say no”. It’s so simple.
Perhaps consequences of abortion laws will wise these folks up to be more responsible.
Perhaps you are too young to remember. The US already tried that. Abortion was once illegal in most states. That did not deter abortion from happening, often with dire consequences.

Nothing wrong with trying again. Perhaps folks will learn from history and do a better job of being responsible. No birth control, “Just say no”. It’s so easy.

No we’ll have more dead and maimed desperate women who self abort, or do other desperate things like they did in the past like throw themselves down stairs, or be beaten in the stomach.
What? Actually read the study. Being actually informed?
Here you go, grey...

"What this means, in practice, is that women are at highest risk of unintended pregnancy if they fail to use contraceptives at all, but are still at considerable risk if they use them improperly. Indeed, 95% of unintended pregnancies each year occur among women who use contraceptives inconsistently or not at all, and only 5% occur among the two-thirds of women who consistently and correctly practice contraception all year (Figure 1.3, page 8).

You’re assuming, but either way, Just say no. Problem solved. What’s so hard to understand? Why can’t folks be responsible?

Those who would intentionally try to harm themselves need therapy.
They're supposed to if ordered by the court. If the father can't pay because he has no income, WHY did the woman have unprotected sex with a man who can't support his own kids? What did she think was going to happen when she VOLUNTARILY CHOSE to have unprotected sex given the known 2 million years history of human reproduction?
People like to have sex they are not going to quit because you are wagging your finger about it. And not all women who end up pregnant had sex voluntarily and a fair number used birth control but it failed. Or maybe their husband moved out before the baby was born and went home to live with mommy or worked under the table and she knew that she would have to raise the baby alone. The real world is far different and nuanced than you would probably like to admit.

She is not assuming. It has happened before. It will happen again. Women will find ways to abort. All methods are not safe.
