Kind of seems like he's loosing his head here.
Never heard that phrase before. Trial balloon, yes.

These folks give away their hands to Putin.

Talk about being weak.
It's a good thing we didn't have weak leaders who said Ukraine would never join NATO as long as they were left alone by Russia. Then we couldn't fight Russia in a proxy war to the last Ukrainian.

Institute for the Study of War (ISW) assessment in Ukraine for February 27, 2024:

Full report: https://www.understandingwar.org/bac...bruary-27-2024

Key Takeaways (partial list):

Russian forces are attempting to exploit tactical opportunities offered by the Russian seizure of Avdiivka and appear to be maintaining a relatively high tempo of offensive operations aimed at pushing as far as possible in the Avdiivka area before Ukrainian forces establish more cohesive and harder-to-penetrate defensive lines in the area.

Russian forces are likely attempting to create an operational maneuver force for the exploitation of recent Russian advances in the Avdiivka direction.

The Russian command likely hopes that the reorganization of command structures will establish more cohesive Russian grouping of forces throughout the theater in Ukraine.

Recent developments in Transnistria, the pro-Russian breakaway region of Moldova, are unlikely to pose a military threat to Ukraine and will more likely impact Moldova’s European Union (EU) integration prospects. ISW is amending its warning forecast in light of continued Transnistrian officials’ statements that the upcoming Congress of Transnistrian Deputies will discuss Moldovan economic policies, likely related to changes to Moldova’s Customs Code that went into effect on January 1, 2024.

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu continues to highlight recent Russian tactical successes in Ukraine as substantial battlefield victories for political purposes ahead of the upcoming Russian presidential election. Shoigu additionally highlighted Russia’s Central and Eastern Military Districts (CMD and EMD) to posture against supposed anti-Russian activity in Central Asia and the Indo-Pacific.

Israel wades into the issue, and will provide Ukraine with an early warning system against missiles as part of an aid package for Kyiv, as it condemns aggression from Russia.
Israel's ambassador to the United Nations, Gilad Erdan, told the General Assembly on Monday that his country had provided humanitarian aid to Ukraine since the start ofRussia's full-scale invasion because it was "the moral thing to do."

Comparing Russia's actions in Ukraine to Hamas group's attacks on Israel on October 7, Erdan said his country knows "exactly how it feels to be aggressively invaded, (and) to have our towns and cities attacked".
Erdan's comments have signaled a shift in Israel's position, which at the start of Vladimir Putin's full-scale invasion saw it try to hold a neutral stance and maintain ties with both Ukraine and Russia.

One by one, Russia loses its friends. Secret Documents recently discovered revealed Russia's evil intent even toward China. China has not issued a statement.

It's better than nothing, I suppose. So now Israel understands what's like to be Ukraine? The thousands of civilians killed, bombed out cities, and children being kidnapped for 2 years didn't send Israel any message? I had so much hope that, if any country would come to the aid of Ukraine, Israel would be one of the first. I think part of the motivation now is because their mortal enemy Iran has been helping Russia.

I am on Israel's side in their fight to get rid of Hamas terrorists as much as I am on Ukraine's side in their fight to get rid of Russian terrorists.

Estonia's PM is awesome. Reporter asked, do you agree with Macron? Answer: all options should be on the table. She even defended Trump's criticism of some NATO country not spending enough money on defense.

Anyhow.

Transnistria turned in official petition to be accepted into Russian Federation.
Certainly, this will be granted after some deliberation.
Resulting in RAF entering the breakaway region and creating pincers on Odessa and Mykolaiv regions.

I am ecstatic, Y'all. There is hope.

China is a fraud who is falling apart as we speak. It takes a long time for countries to fall apart, so we'll get to see this slow motion train wreck for years to come.

We only agree that the US is inflating the China threat. China is not a threat to the US, but not because they're collapsing, but because they have no desire to dethrone the US.

It should be pretty clear that China is a country that focuses inwardly, the total opposite of US foreign policy. They have no aspirations to be the sole global power in a unipolar world, as the US does and UK did before us.
