No.

Obama's neighborhood, Hyde Park, is on the south side.

Are you any less dead if you're killed by Antifa/BLM in a riot vs in a mass shooting?

NONE of the people killed in the BLM riots had anything to do with the death of George Floyd.

BLM killed dozens of innocent people for a good cause??

Seriously..... that's what you're going with?

Right wingers have their standard laundry list of reasons this happens over and over again.

The list has a million things but doesn't include "access to guns".

Others think that the problem is ONLY "access to guns"...

God forbid you be in between those two extreme positions.... because someone is liable to shoot you.

And none of the mostly black business owners that had their stores burned had anything to do with his death either. BLM was just wanting to get rich.

True, but they let the Right-Wing Propaganda Machine redefine them into the boogeyman they wanted them to be. They are very very good at that. Same thing with Colin Kaepernick and taking a knee to protest police brutality, but the far right decided they wanted taking a knee to mean disrespect the flag.

Congressional district? Illinois #10 It was represented by Republicans for decades but like many suburban districts, it has been lost to them. It was represented by moderate Republicans.

The ole fantasy of playing Rambo in the midst of chaos of a mass shooting of random people…….

No shortage of people within the crowds in 2016 in Dallas when a mobile sniper started shooting. The armed ran for their lives with the unarmed. It caused many to perceive they were being hunted by armed people behind them. Several of the armed became persons of interest and were eventually cleared.

There were more than 3000 people inside the Walmart in El Paso in 2019 when the mass shooting began. At the time, Walmart allowed open and concealed carry. There were likely at least a few hundred who were carrying when the mass shooting began. None chose to play cowboy that day.

About 22,000 attended the concert in Las Vegas in 2017 when a man began randomly firing on the crowd from 30 floors above. The venue did not allow attendees to carry. Imagine if they had and some decided to shoot at whatever they perceived to be the source. How many innocent onlookers from low floors of the hotel would have been shot?

It is near impossible to distinguish between a good and bad guy with a gun, in the midst of chaos.

At night from hundreds of yards away. Anyone that shoots knows better, muzzle flash, range, these aren't exactly hard to figure out.

If you haven't figured it out yet, we are animals, violent animals. There is no cure for the species. This isn't going to stop until we are extinct so get used to it.
