In the 50s, people chose not to be offended by second hand smoke.
Why was that?
People respected everyone's rights back then. Today, you have all these clowns that make up their own idea of rights for other people. Its become a "ME, ME, ME," Nation.
You don't have the right to blow smoke in my face any more than I have the right to spit in yours. The laws are fine the way they are right now...no smoking in an enclosed public area, but fine to smoke in your home or outside. Should be the same whether tobacco or cannabis.

Yeah... only now the ME, ME, ME, people are the smokers. Apparently they think their right to poison themselves should also allow them to poison others. Foolish nonsense.
I guess we shouldn't expect anything different from a bunch of weak-minded selfish drug addicts.
If you are offended by naked women do not go to a strip club. If smoking bothers you do not go to a place that allows smoking. It ain't real complicated.

Be careful - If you think of second hand smoke as a poison, it will BE a poison.

You seem "weak-minded" on LIBERTY (to smoke, to open a business, race cars, skydive... you get the idea) Liberty can be, and often is, risky. But, being an adult, I prefer said liberty and possible risk, to the oppression of individual liberty in efforts to safeguard everything. (And spare me the 'breathing', smelling, excuse(s).... it's very old and farts, er, false, and whiny.)
If you prefer less liberty, please consider relocating to such a place - there are many choices, all over the globe.
I'll give you credit. Your mental illness that puts you in charge of the decisions of others is strong in you. You are the epitimay of s liberal.
