Hi everyone!!! I am sorry I haven't posted but we have been staying over at the mobile home because of plumbing issues. We refuse to spend $16,000 for new plumbing when they will most likely tear down the house to put up a
commercial building.
I will be checking in here more often I promise. I came home for awhile the other day and managed to just get on the site and then hubby wanted to leave so I wasn't able to even say "Hi"!!!
I see I have a lot of catching up to do lol!!!
I pray you all are doing great and that lots of you have sold your homes!!!

Boocake....the days will go quickly and I will keep you in my prayers for an uneventful closing.
Well, y'all know about the problems I have been having with my neck and shoulder. Today---worse pain imaginable again. The Sports Medicine group squeezed me in today...took some X-rays and then after looking at those, the doc sent me for an immediate MRI. Afterwards he said "you have an appt with a spine specialist on Friday. You have bad spinal stenosis (I'm only 47) and you have a bulging disc with a pinched nerve. You might have to have surgery". So needless to say, I've been pretty upset all day. I don't want surgery. I hope the spine specialist has alternatives for me on Friday. I am feeling pretty dopey from the pecocet they put me on for pain, so won't be on here too long tonight.

Well, after telling our realtor YET again that we are done with the contract on Feb.1st...she tells us we have a showing Sun. She will email me back with a time. Ya think yet again she would CALL me if there was a showing and not email !! ay ay ay. Well, I won't hold my breath as most of them are all ok, let's go inside since we have 100 more houses to see LMAO. At least I can laugh about it lol....

Well... I made wrapped presents on a pretzel stick lol with candy molds....they came out ok for the first time...Not too shabby. They are for my kids birthdays tomorrow!!making cupcakes too with pink AND blue sprinkled ones!--
