Subway, Dunkin Donuts, McD, Burger King etc., have the scariest looking women on earth.
That's the last place any guy will look for a woman.
However, these may be exceptional cases.
You'd be surprised actually. I have been waited on at Mickey Ds and a couple of other fast food joints by a couple FOB Latinas (Honduran, Guatemalan, Mexican, Dominican) ladies who were unbelievable.

My logic - I have a promising career/income to live prosperously. So I can even take a stay at home mom. But what I'm very particular about is a pretty woman with a sense of fashion, taking care of herself and a general air of being a coquette, so that my family and society takes comfort in the fact that I didn't bring home a dull woman, but instead a doll. Ever since I was born, one of my ambitions was to marry the hottest girl in town, am not compromising on that one
The OP is different, he applies the same logic but in a professional way. Working in subway is not the greatest thing, but then I'll be okay with it, and the OP isn't. Different preferences but same logic.

Last winter, I'd wake up and see Mexicans shoveling snow for the uppity folks who are asleep inside. These guys would start at 5 and do all driveways.....
I was stuck and couldn't get to the gym anyway, coz everything was snowed in. I actually used to join them several mornings during weekends and shovel with them. To the casual observer or driving person, I'd have been an illegal alien shoveling snow
It could be a variety of reasons... I don't know you so please don't take offense... Maybe she sees you as upity, arrogant, predictable and boring... She might feel that you remind her of someone, or maybe she thinks you smell good... or maybe she just wishes you would acknowledge her as something other than "subway" girl... From my experience you shouldn't judge someone until you have been in their shoes... You NEVER know what shes going through...
