Actually....not many women want to 'land' a pilot. They're notoriously arrogant, they cheat at ridiculously high numbers and are never home.
For a fling? Sure. For anything long-term? No. I've been in aviation for quite some time and the vast VAST majority of women in the industry want nothing to do with pilots.
Oh now, you know the truth is so inconvenient to someone who has their mind made up
And what I'm saying, and what others have said, is that such self-identification tends to deflate the third leg.
Your third leg. Your third leg and perhaps other CD members. Third legs that don't matter. Sorry. Actually, it's a boon if anything. Keep that thing deflated for the love of god.
And what I'm saying, and what others have said, is that such self-identification tends to deflate the third leg. Equality has been here for a long time. So have matriarchal families. In the New Millenium, identifying as a feminist is off-putting. That's why I posted the question per the OP. Heck, I even came up with a curriculum, but I doubt the women of CD Relationships would nominate me for the Dean's position.
No, it hasn't. I have been denied a promotion because I am a female. I've talked to many people in my line of business who refuse to hire a woman because they 'don't belong in a shop'. The last company I worked for, I was the FIRST female to ever be hired in my department and this was back in 2008.
So please, spare me the 'equality is here' BS. Just because it says we're equal on paper doesn't mean the real world operates that way. I knew when I got into my field that it was going to be an uphill battle because I'm a woman, but I LOVE what I do and feel it's worth it. But equal? No way.

God is capitalized, my friend. That's right. The third legs of CD Rel. members who don't agree with the feminist agenda don't matter. I think the feminists don't like these third legs because they can't exercise the level of control over them they'd like to.
That's right. What a "feel good" message! There are many selective women who will marry a rich man who has both HIV/Hep C.
So you really believe all women are supposed to be the same AND be what you envision them to be??

Apparently it needs to be stated again, so I'll risk boring everyone else here who already knows this....
PEOPLE, both male people and female people, are ALL different. Unique.
While some do share ideals, characteristics or common thought - they are not and are not supposed to be all the same. How boring life would be if they were!

No, but there are discernible personality patterns exhibited by men and women. They could probably be checked with statistical correlation but, again, I'm not a social psychologist.

I don't know why you think that. How do you see that playing out in the day to day?

Hah, this is the case even in fields that AREN'T hugely male-dominated. When I was a newspaper editor, a position I worked up to from beat reporter, and one I attained at age 24, I routinely would be called to the front office to handle someone wanting to speak to the editor. I have a gender-neutral first name. I would approach them, and it was incredible the number of times I would hear, "Oh, honey, I'm sorry they called you out here...but I need to speak to the editor." The looks of consternation and confusion when I would patiently respond that, yes, that would be me were both priceless and ridiculous. This was in the mid-2000s.
