I continue to chuckle at seeing the OP - apparently of atheistic stance - continue to talk as though God does indeed exist. "I don't believe in God, but actually do and think he's horrible" is the message he sends.
You think God is horrible. This is what God thinks of you:
They are lovers of darkness, haters of light, evil doers afraid of exposure, stiff necked, resistant, obstinate, those who do bad and want to keep doing bad, pursuers of their own imagination, choosers of what displeases God, futile thinkers, they are without excuse, choosers of lies, self seeking, they reject what is right, followers of evil, they are hostile to God, deceived by sin, blinded, earthly, taken by the devil, they have no endurance, they are choked by life’s worries and riches and pleasures, they don’t mature, they are stubborn, they follow their own devices, they have rebellious hearts, they turn aside, gone away, stubborn pride, refuse to give up evil and stubborn ways, deceitful, unwilling.
He doesn't want us to sentence people to Hell before he comes again.
