I park on the street and don't get flats. Actually at my condo building you have to park on the street because they have one parking space per unit. People on this forum will whine about anything they can.

If you don’t cares on the street buy into a nice community that has a HOA. At our coast house in Aransas Pass we have been sued by the HOA because people have parked on the street overnight.

Why must you act like everyone whines on this forum but yourself?

Can you please tell me your address so I can have these renters live next or across you? I am sure you will love it.

I live near the Sunset Ridge Apartment complex where 90% of the residents park along the street because every space requires extra payment per month. So think of your 15 cars on your road and multiply that number by 50 and yea I would trade you.

If you don't like cars parking on the street I recommend moving to olmos park. Olmos park forbids overnight street parking.

Nice job in editing my comment, then quoting it. I also mentioned child safety in the middle of that sentence. I'm sure that the writers at CNN would be proud of your blatant misuse of context.

As far as the argument of devaluation, we'll just have to disagree. A street full of cars IS a child safety issue, as well as an eyesore. That would devalue the property in the eyes of a reasonably intelligent prospective home buyer. If I encountered a street full of parked cars while shopping for a home, I would simply turn around and find some other neighborhood to live in. But I do appreciate your expert real estate input.

Yes because removing one part of the statement I wasn't addressing totally changed the context of your post.

How is this a child safety issue? Kids shouldn't be playing in the street.

A series of parked cars can block the view of kids trying to cross the street to their friend's house.
