it's going to remain dry, it almost never rains here in May, and due to the below average winter&early Spring, sea temperatures in the Gulf of California aren't where they need to be by a long shot

if it flips, it will just be back to average. We already got the below average weather from January to early April while the east was getting torched

4am on April 30th and it's still 79°F, looking at a possible record max low this morning (average low today is 65°F)
