It gives me -2.7F when I click on Nowdata in your link. Are you sure you're checking Philadelphia and not some other station?
KISP and KLGA are now at -1.8F for April. Central Park, Newark, and JFK are at -2.5F. 15 days ago we were standing at +2F, so the past 2 weeks have been nice.
You'll be gone, but next week, AccuWeather (who I usually don't source) has another record blast for us
5/6 Avg High 93°F Record 106°F(2018) AccuWeather 107°F
5/7 Avg High 93°F Record 108°F(1989) AccuWeather 107°F
5/8 Avg High 93°F Record 110°F(1989) AccuWeather 109°F
According to the NWS the average for the month is 49.8. But it’s still .4 degrees above average for whole month according to them.

I was gonna say... something is off. lol. It's below normal for entire Northeast now Virginia to Maine. Pittsburgh is like -4 below normal for the month.
Temps in the 50s outside going to 60s with sun!! PERFECT. Just gimme the sun in spring. Enjoy the day guys! NorEaster off the coast and a system coming from the west. Squeezed in the middle today.
I have to enjoy because we only get 1 day in a row with sun lately. lol.
I disagree, I love it here in Phoenix. I think the high country is too cold and snowy, exactly what I moved here to get away from
Not true at all, Prescott, AZ is at 5,400 ft elevation and gets hardly any snow every winter, it is a VERY mild climate overall with far less scorching heat in the summer.

Really? Because I had to go to Prescott back in February when they had 6 inches of snow fall and the roads were slippery as hell. I think I have a better idea than you do. They average close to 2 feet of snow per winter
A good rule of thumb here in AZ is if the average low of a place is below 40°F, there is a chance it can see snow, and if their average low is below 32°F, odds increase to 50/50.
The only places in this state that get "hardly any snow" but more than zero are like Tucson and Superior and Kingman
Our mean first 70°F low of the year is Apr 26th, which has already come and gone, so that isn't too unusual. Our average max low for April is 71°F
