This would of been a long duration blizzard with that "river" setup. Lol. A winter pattern. Trough digging to southeast today.! I think it was 14 below normal in Atlanta today. 20 below in Kentucky. (Max temps)

Not sure if it will hold, but the morning low in Las Vegas was 81°F today. That obliterates the old standing record max low of 74°F set back in 2013 if it holds. Their average low today was only 60°F!

We’ve had around 6.5 inches of rain this month, which is well above our average of 3.34 for April. We have already had plenty of rain, and the next 10 days show rain for the majority of those days. It has been mostly in the 50s for highs this month, which is well below average (average high of 65F in April).

It’s crazy how Florida is about the only place in the east that has been above average for April.

The hottest Apr ever. We keep breaking the hottest months records ever just since 2015. Had over 5" of rain, vs none for March and about 2" for Feb. The last two Apr's were also above avg on rain. May can be bone dry or very wet. Avg May is dry the first half and sometimes summer like rain starts the last part of the month.
