We have a series of reloadable cards that we add $$$ to as we need them. Use one for our oldest grandchild, now in college, so he has some spending cash. The others we use for gas, groceries, Lowes, HD, etc. Balances are readily available online, and very easy to transfer money to.

This severely limits the amount of money that can be withdrawn by scammers, to less than $100 in most cases. We don't use credit cards. No one gets access to
