We are bummed about Texlake - we managed to snag the exact horseback camp we were hoping for.

We might go to Galveston again this summer, we will have to see. I am burning some of my vacation time helping with the kids home-schooling, so I won't have a ton of time left.

Admittedly just before the state shut down out of boredom I took a road trip down to Corpus Christi to see it for the first time in decades.

I thought this was the Austin Covid thread?
Isn’t there a national political thread to discuss the orange dude’s gaffes?

I'm probably going to have to go back to Atlanta for business related matters next week. Wont be grabbing a hotel, driving there, doing what I need to do then turning right back around basically. Was trying to put it off until things settled down a bit but I'm out of time.

I was thinking of re-entering TX through either Arkansas or just taking the long way through Oklahoma to avoid the travel restrictions imposed against Lousiana and Georgia. Thoughts on that?

I would fly, cheapest time to fly ever. Airplane has hepa filters. Bring an n95 mask if you can get one.
