Duncan is a shell? While averaging 15-9 unless then 30 minutes per game? Show me ANY PF/C that is doing that. Manu had a freak injury with a broken hand.

Keep trying

Duncan? you mean he's averaging 13.7 and 8.6, hardly dominant, same as last year. He's 4 years removed from being dominant.
You are right about Parker and Ginobili, but depends on health. Manu just got hurt again....and he's only averaging 12 pts, his lowest since his rookie season! Parker is playing better than he did the last two seasons for sure.
And the bench!? Nobodies ever heard of any of them, although collectively they score a bunch, but only because the starting lineup doesnt have a dominant scorer, unless you count Parker.....maybe.

On the other hand the Mavs have Odom (6the man of the year) and this guy coming of the bench, remember him calling out and then lighting up Lebron James in June.....

I was at the game. It was painful. 22-3 to start out of the gate

So Duncan is at 14-9 not 15-9 in 28 minutes. That's 5 ppg less then dirk and what 3 more rebounds? Oh and 5 minutes less per game. But yeah he is 4 yrs from his 21-11 days. Still how many 14-9 guys are out there? How many are playing less minutes?

Manu broke his hand (he wasa 6th man of the year too remember). Last night he strained a muscle, that's a conditioning issue not a longevity issue. He is averaging those numbers because the spurs bench is so good he hasn't needed to. Remember the spurs beat the maves by 20+ with starters, and lost by 1 in OT with nothing but their bench of nobodies. The only issue is splitters calf strain. Manu will be the beast he was last year and he is going to be well rested come playoff time. Parker is lighting people up. Bonner/green/Neal/RJ will continue to knock down beautiful 3s, Leonard is going to continue to put his 7'3" wingspan on display. Blair, well he may not even be a spur come playoffs if I had my trade wishes.

Jason terry lol, one of the dirtiest players in the game, good call.

No Duncan is not at 14 and 9 he's at 13.7 and 8.6. By the end of the season Dirk will be back around 21 & 8. Last 8 games he's averaging 24.3 & 7.4 in 33mins/gm

Terry! not even close on the list, led by retired all time hacker Bruce Bowen...

the Spurs did well last season too, until the playoffs started....

^^Cuban was right.....

And in other news....

Linsanity continues. They edge out the Mavs in a slugfest. Lin played great & Novak 4-5 on 3's. Dirk played great, Terry just a bit rusty after taking a couple games off. Im hoping the Knicks get strong enough to challenge the Heat....

Yeah, anyone calling out Lin after that game is just a hater.
His TO's were still a bit high but otherwise a BEAST game.

Wow. I'm wondering how good this kid might continue to be? Not predicting amazing, but good...definitely.

Spurs with an 11 game winning streak encompassing some tough teams and a long road trip.

Very impressive considering that is a tough stretch of schedule.

2 solid road opponents and then they return home to face off against a very rested Rose. VERY much looking forward to see him and Tony Parker square off.

Sorry but the Knicks are a fatally flawed team. They are in no shape to challenge either the Bulls or the Heat.

Wierd how no one wants to credit the Bulls whom are neck and neck with Miami despite losing Rose for 8-9 games so it's not just Miami that had injury issues.

It is impressive when you consider their closer and best/or 2nd best player missed a month and their only decent back up pg has been out just as long. Their bench is super deep. I expect they win tonight and lose to Denver out of pure fatigue from the trip.

Just curious the way Parker is playing I think you would be a fool to not rank him top 5 at this point. I mean he has destroyed every pg/defense he has faced this season. He totally dominated Chris Paul just 3 days ago.
