The question was "did the Apostles continue the Sabbath after Jesus?". Well the Jewish faith continued to observe the weekly Sabbath that was given to Israel under the Law. And the Apostles did use that occasion to talked to the gathered Jews. But since Christ fulfilled the Law the Sabbath itself was no longer a requirement for those it was given to. And no Christian Sabbath was ever established in scripture.
Christ is the fulfillment of the sabbath. The law was just a shadow of things to come, which have now been fulfilled in Christ. There is greater freedom in Christ, with His emphasis being on the law of love-Love God/Father and fellow man and you have fulfilled the law.
Besides the law was given to the Jews only and was meant to last until the coming of Christ. Christ inaugurated his Kingdom when he came which has clear differences from the old covenant. For instance in place of worshiping in the temple, we become the temple of God, instead of having a separate class of priests, we all become priests etc.
..And yet we wonder why there are over 32,000 plus denominations worldwide with each one stating that they are the one tat hold the Truth...32,000 plus different versions of God and the Messiah...
I don't believe you. Please list each one by name if it's ture!
Lev 16:31 It is a sabbath of rest to you, and you shall humble yourself. It is a never ending statute.
forever is not over...
Well to start with tell us who the "you" in that verse is referring to as given.
Here are some hints.
Lev 1:2 Speak unto the children of Israel.....
Lev 4:2 Speak unto the children of Israel.....
Lev 11:2 Speak unto the children of Israel.....
Lev 12:2 Speak unto the children of Israel.....
Lev 15:2 Speak unto the children of Israel.....
Oh and which Sabbath was your verse referring to? Hint,
Lev: 1629 And this shall be a statute for ever unto you: that in the seventh month, on the tenth day of the month, ye shall afflict your souls, and do no work at all, whether it be one of your own country, or a stranger that sojourneth among you:
30 For on that day shall the priest make an atonement for you, to cleanse you, that ye may be clean from all your sins before the LORD.
31 It shall be a sabbath of rest unto you, and ye shall afflict your souls, by a statute for ever.
For instance in place of worshiping in the temple, we become the temple of God, instead of having a separate class of priests, we all become priests etc.
And, more to the point, every day is a day of worship and rest in His love.
"Today" is the "new sabbath" promise according to the writer of Hebrews. I'll buy that.

I'll give you a hint...Remember the metaphor of the olive trees?...
If a person is paid to do something , that is the function they are a paid professional.
So if a preacher is teaching on the sabboth day, he is in defiance of the law ,working on the sabboth for which he is being paid spicificly for .
But ,but ,but ,,,,
One can play the law game all they want, and place spicific scriptures to each and every issue .
But the fact of the matter is Jesus provided the Holy Spirit to teach and guide in His place . No one else period.
Every one of us will give account not for what God instructed Moses or Nanthanel or any one else for that matter , but for His personal instruction to you, wether you are listening or not.
Sin, is the lack of obedience ,either by choice or neglect .
Going to church when, or any where ,should be under the spicific instruction of God , if in deed He has Lordship in your life.
Other wise ,calling Him Lord when he has had no personal influence , is a lie, He is obligeted to punish. Revelations.
And the Father will deal with John 15;
Matthew 7;21,22,23, Personal obedience under the current personal instruction of the Father .
