This is a tactic used by those with any belief that is not scriptural, not just UR. The character of the Bible is difficult to attack but ahhhh a person is much easier to attack. The problem is attacking the person doesn't change the Bible. So their argument doesn't change the Bible or change minds. It only makes themselves feel better which what the focus is most of false doctrines do anyway rather than the truth.
Attacking the person is an ancient deflection tactic deployed by those who realize that major flaws have been exposed in their original argument.
You have thrown many of the standard universalist debating tricks on me:
1. You claim I do not believe in God
That is a lie. I never said you don't believe in God. I said you don't believe God as it pertains to 1 Timothy 2:4-6 that God will save all mankind because Christ ransomed all.

2. You claim I lack love
Where did I claim you lack love?

3. You claim I would torture children
Where did I claim you would torture children?

There are few other UR debating tricks left in the stack. Might as well throw them all in.
Yea, there are a few other ET debating tricks left in the stack. Might as well through them all in.

There is something about people who believe in UR, because they always think that slandering others would somehow validate their own views.

So you don't believe in eternal torment. Good for you!
You don't believe in Hell? Good for you!
So you don't believe you should be just like your heavenly Father Who, according to Christendom, tortures men, women and children in fire.
If you don't believe in Eternal Torment, what do you believe in?

At the end of the day all they have does is launched an insult which if they actually did follow the Bible would know that doing such a thing is unscriptural too.
Tell us 2Timothy316, do you believe in eternal conscious torment or eternal annihilation?

True. It's an admission of being wrong and they don't even realize it. Which is why I feel the first person in a discussion that turns to character assassination loses their point. It is then time to leave them to their delusion as I gave it my best effort.
Tell us 2Timothy316, do you believe in eternal conscious torment or eternal annihilation?
As my username implies I believe what the Bible says. “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some count slackness; but is longsuffering to you-ward, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9
It doesn't matter what I believe. That scripture would still be there even if I was dead or had never existed.

It is not a lie. Here is your full comment to me.

Eusebius: That is why His grace is not with you. It is with God's people who actually believe God. You don't.
You said:
1. God's grace is not with me
2. I am not God's people
3. I do not believe in God

If it doesn't matter what you believe, then why don't you take God at His word and believe He will save all mankind?
Since it doesn't matter what you believe then why do you even believe 2 Peter 3:9? I doubt you even know what 2 Peter 3:9 is even talking about.
You don't believe God concerning 1 Timothy 2:4-6. That's the point. God's grace is not on you as to that.
Perhaps you should let God be the judge of such things. You are saying God's grace is not on people who don't agree with your personal understanding of one verse. Why say such things?
