Again, the very nature of God is that he cant die.
God was never born
God never gets old
God never submits to anyone
God never felt pain
God cant die.
So to save mankind, God became flesh.
Human flesh, that can die...

Jesus Christ is both 100% God, and 100% human.
As we learn in John1:1, "The WORD was with God, the WORD was God....the WORD became flesh"

So in this clever way, God found a way to be born of a human mom.
God found a way to grow older
God found a way to submit to his parents
God found a way to feel real pain
God found a way to die....

Jesus is 100% fully human, and 100% fully God Almighty...so there is no half this or half that to him.
Jesus is person with two full natures.

The Word was made flesh...and flesh can die.

So He who knew no death, because flesh that death might happen for our salvation.

So while Jesus walked the earth as a man, he never once stopped being God Almighty. He was God the whole time.....
Even in the tomb he was God.

God did not stop being God,

That being the case lets look at this:

Mark 13:32 But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.
Jesus being 100% god, why didnt Jesus know the answer to this question?

God was never born
Yet Jesus was born and God at the same time so yes.. apparently to you God can be born.

God never gets old
Yet Jesus is God and he aged..
Quote:
God never submits to anyone
Yet Jesus submitted to the will of the Father and somehow is still considered to be God.

God never felt pain
Yet Jesus did feel pain and he is counted as God.

Again, Jesus is God yet Jesus died. Therefore God apparently died.

Yet of course God can't die so it was all for show and God also deceived.

And yet you can't find a verse at all that says Jesus is the Word.. you simple think it so it must be true!

So God is human? We call that anthropomorphism and similarly theomorphism... but then if you believe that God came in human form then did Jesus even really exist? Nope.. he was not a separate consciousness but only God... LOL you can't have it both ways!

The very same reason that Jesus had to rely on the Father for all that he did.
Jesus emptied himself of the authority he had with the father as being God Almighty.
He surrendered his right to act as God, and it was the Father that did the works in the Son.

The reason this had to be so is that Jesus became fully human, and to do so Jesus needed to rely completely on the Father , and to pray to the Father as His Lord and his God....as all we humans do.

This shows us that Jesus is full human so he truly does understand the pain and suffering of being human.

When we rise in the morning and face the problems of getting to work, and when we pray about our earthly concerns,. we can know that we have in heaven a God who has a personal , first hand, understanding of our human condition.

I believe the word you ae looking for is "Incarnation"

This means to become flesh....to become meat.....to take on the covering of bone and blood and muscle and skin,

He who was pure Spirit, became wrapped in flesh.
how?...Im not sure,
Yet, this is the teaching of the Bible in the book of John..."The WORD became flesh"

This is what that means!

The WORD (that is God Almighty) became flesh (was born a human being)

Yes, Jesus is both fully 100% God Almighty, and 100% man.
He is a person with two natures.

Jesus is not the Father, but He is equal in nature with the Father.
Both are fully God Almighty.

Jesus is not me, but he has an equal human nature as I do.
We both are fully human beings.

Can God be God without having authority?

Default God changes. (assuming he is real)

I had a thread on this once. But god does change according to the Bible. One minute being all nice and loving and the next all angry and smiting folks is a change. Even if it is temporary. If I go from nice to angry...well I've changed....then I'll change back. This is not hard to understand.
