True, Miami is second tier, but I still think it has a lot going for it, especially in the future.

Yes, I'll be in Miami this weekend. It's supposed to rain but who cares; I'm nobody's beach bumb anyway!

It can and does vary a lot.
I've left my house in the morning with clear skies only to run into a fog bank only 1 mile away.

I've seen fog on the bottom of a hill but not the top.

Many years ago, when there was a mass of cold winter air, there were two areas near Pasadena one of which had several days of below freezing weather to another area about 5 miles away which had none!
