And if the cops are at fault, the will (and should be) punished accordingly.

You make it seem like cops are going around shooting and snapping the necks of innocent citizens every all the time. That's hardly the case.

grand juries don't decide fault. period.
The grand jury plays an important role in the criminal process, but not one that involves a finding of guilt or punishment of a party. Instead, a prosecutor will work with a grand jury to decide whether to bring criminal charges or an indictment against a potential defendant -- usually reserved for serious felonies.

don't reply to me with nonsense if you don't like "defensive" factual responses.
You are far more emotional than bright, and it shows in your inability to comprehend actual written words, choosing instead to manipulate them to mean something else - something that you do not like, and will therefore use as a tool to create animosity. I've engaged in debate far too long to not immediately recognize your kind. In addition, your poor grammar really gives your lack of intellect away. Work on that.

I believe the Grand Jury was not given the proper information, especially by giving them an outdated law that stated, you can shoot at a person who flees.

McCullouck had the Grand Jurors stacked against an indictment.

The fact that the police were acquitted, does not prove the guilt or innocents of Brown. That could only be proven with a trial for him, which he was never afforded.

And the fact that the Grand Jury did not indict the cops doesn't even prove their innocents. Since the corrupt DA who was in cahoots with cops, and didn't even attempt to make a case.

There was no trial for the cops, there was no trial for Brown, so we will never even hear the evidence.

The entire case has been made public
The justice departments exhaustive investigation proved there was not only no civil rights violation but in doing so had to agree with the grand jurys finding.. acceptable use of force

I suggest you get over this case and your cop hating agenda... Michael brown was killed by Darren Wilson in an exhaustively acceptable use of force .
Try doing some actual research of legitimate sources.. the doj report for example before spouting off incorrectly
Thank you

This thread is about Freddy grey... I'm sure over the coming weeks you will gleefully celebrate when some policeman gets fired or prosecuted over it... I believe that's probably coming.
