The investigators became aware of the white Hyundai either the day the bodies were discovered or the day after. So they have been looking into this car and tracking it for awhile now.
There was no snow at the time of the murders and very few leaves.
It's not unusual for 20-year-olds to sleep in after a night out.
I don't believe there was an open door. The only indication of that was someone who supposedly contacted The Daily Mail. Why would someone contact a tabloid in another country about an open door and not local LE?
Teens/early 20's can sleep really deeply whether they have been drinking or not. They tend to stay up late and sleep late. One of my kids can, and has, slept through his alarm clock going off right next to his head. And it is a LOUD alarm.
I remember doing the same thing when I was their age.

There was no snow on driveway the night of murders.
The FBI was pretty miffed that so many police vehicles had entered the dirt / mud / gravel driveway which might have destroyed evidence of other vehicles.
Really? It's not totally off to suspect the girls on first floor - especially with their response being somewhat abnormal to the situation. Why would you call anyone other than the police immediately upon finding Ethan?
I mean it had to be obvious he was more than just passed out or unresponsive.
What I think if that killer was a boy or a man he would raping those beautiful girls I believe there is a problem between those girls in that house.
What kind of problem?
(I have always heard that rape isn't really about sex, but about someone wanting to assert dominance or power over an individual....I have no idea if that is true or not, but that is what I have heard.)

That is actually a really good question.
(Not saying they did it, or anything but that never made sense to me)
