Tonights pasta dinner was so good. I posted we were having Italian sweet sausage with Rotini--well I made a vodka sauce with bell peppers, garlic, parsley and fennel seed. It was amazing!! I have enough to freeze 4 small containers for lunches. Good warm winter lunch.

I'm going to make chicken breasts. I think I'll bread them with seasoned-up bread crumbs.

Aaaaaand, my favorite potatoes -- My favorite roasted potatoes -- which are already seasoned, in a baggie, in the fridge just waiting to be roasted.

There are a lot of potatoes. I might not even need a piece of chicken.
So, I just read the recipe. OMG looks good. Will be making those potatoes soon. I'll try them with the dijon too like someone else suggested. Thanks for another great idea Dawn!

I have never had chicken and dumplings before, but want to try it. I've always been worried that dumplings are mushy and I wouldn't like that - but I've recently heard that they aren't - actually - my friend just slapped me and said "get out of here - you'll love it" I guess that means they aren't mushy?
