Another successful night of feeding leftovers to my unsuspecting family. I found a small shepherd's pie and a pot of beef stew in the freezer, so topped the stew with matching slices of potato, baked and... voila - two shepherd's pies! The carrots and spinach on the side were freshly cooked.
I just had a baked sweet potato witha splodge of low-fat sour cream and lots of black pepper, it was very tasty
Thank you southdown .....nah, I don't really cook all that much. My limitations are PB&J Sandwiches and scrambeled eggs. lol
You are safe there - that's two things I can't freeze and serve as leftovers... tho actually, maybe I could freeze the PBJ ....
