Nikkzone that sounds really good.... don't know if it is Diva friendly but so good....Love Indian...Would you post that? Hubby would LOVE it and I often make things for us after the kids head to bed on a Friday night as DATE NIGHT..... sounds like that would be something we could do.....

Diva loved the Panko Chicken I made tonight. I am so glad. Dinner went down very quick and easy.... hubby came home to take her to religion so I could take it easy tonight. I am glad. I feel pretty good. A bit stiff- normal for me after a headache. But good. His dinner is in the warming drawer and ready for him when he walks in... I love my new stove JUST for that drawer....

I am ready for tomorrow- Divas clothes are out and her lunch is made- so when he gets home I am heading to bed. Hopefully tomorrow I will have the results of that blood test back. They said 24-48hrs...

Tomorrow is Karate and I have a new organic pizza in the freezer.... some spinach tomato.... that will be dinner.... nice and easy..... see you all back here in the morn....

Skip the dinner: The dessert was a large homemade heart shaped chocolate chip cookie with chocolate frosting. Oh yeah dinner was leftovers.

I can't make small batches of soup, spaghetti sauce (gravy to Lacey), or goulash. Just can't do it.

Tonight for dinner I steamed some cabbage, potatoes, onions, and carrots and ate them with olive oil and soy sauce. Mixed in some leftover brown rice, too. It was really good!

My roommate buys WAY too much food and she lets things sit until they go bad and need tossing. I saw that cabbage head in there for a few days and said, "Are you going to use this?" Apparently not, so I cooked it up. Yum. I love cabbage.

It's about 20 degrees out and after going for a run in that cold, I was hungry! Those potatoes filled me up and didn't cost too much either!

Woof x3

CM- Good luck tomorrow. I had a root canal last week and it was very expensive. Have to go back for the post and then the crown.

Woofers- Yum. I love cabbage. Give me a New England boiled dinner anytime and I don't even need the corned beef.
