We're not feeling too good, so a dose of comfort food is the ticket.

I'm going to make Salisbury steaks and mashed potatoes plus steamed broccoli with lemon. I'm cheating and using jarred gravy.

Okay. We figured out what to have for dinner!

We defrosted strips and ribeyes! We are having steaks, loaded up baked potatoes, and a salad!

I think you all know what we are having after dinner!

C-O-B-B-L-E-R & vanilla bean ice cream!

Going on a date to a Greek restaurant, so I'm guessing Greek is on the menu.

Decided to save making the enchiladas for tomorrow since I'll probably still be home from the snow. Made the fried cauliflower rice with toasted almonds instead.

I made chili with TVP tonight. Ya know, for a healthy, low cal dish it was delicious. 150 calories per 1 1/2 cups, high protein and lots of flavor. We topped it with a little low fat Greek yogurt. Side salads with lo cal dressing. If you have to diet, this is the way to go. (we are down 6 lbs each since Dec 30)
