We are having turkey reuben sandwiches. 4 WW points I made a vanilla pound cake 7 WW points from scratch, and ice tea to drink. Tomorrow, it's super meatball subs 9WW points (made from scratch) and homemade 5 ingredient pineapple upside down cake 4 WW points!!! Oh, so good!
For the reuben (whoever asked) You use deli rye bread, spread Dijon mustard on each piece. I use deli turkey, and swiss (2 pieces each because mine is sliced thin) 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut and then you put in frying pan with non stick spray about 6 minutes.

Hey now....pour me one of those please! My fireplace is on too! We are expecting more snow tomorrow, but I heard a big winter storm will be here Monday/Tuesday!

well it isn't snowing here right now, but it looks like we might get some more. It would be a perfect day for soup and sandwich dinner: too bad we are stuck in the office cause they are not quite finished with the floors. If they get out of here on time tonight and the guys get here with our new furniture I will be able to get into the kitchen and fix chicken breasts. We have 1 potato left (it is a big fellow) and enough salad stuff to make a green salad with blue cheese dressing.

I just had one. They taste great! My son put a little too much mustard on them, so now my sinuses are on fire, but they turned out great otherwise! See my above post
