Going to make the posole today but serve it tomorrow since I won't have time to cook. Tonight we will have mole pork chops. Hubby bought the wrong type of pork weeks ago and I've been stuck with these center cut pork chops in my freezer. I am hoping the mole will make them tasty. Well make yellow rice alongside with steamed veggies.

Chicken Stir Fry
Rice
Banana Bread from Pikantari's recipe. We always have bananas left over, so I make this recipe a lot. I love the moistness of this recipe. Pikantari posted the recipe quite a while ago under a post called Banana Nut Bread, except I cut the sugar down 1/4 cup!

I am really wanting to make a pizza but I am the only one home. My honey is gone working and the neighbors whom I enjoy feeding are going to be gone until very late this evening.
I may just have a hot pocket or Oatmeal and toast.

Make two small ones. One for your dinner and surprise for your honey when he comes home and raids the fridge and one for the freezer.
