Have the pork shoulder bone simmering away as we speak and hubby asked for white bean and ham soup With lots of Cuban bread.

Son is not so much of a soup person so he can have the left over smoked pork Mac and cream from last night.

Assuming the snow holds off for another 3 or 4 hours, we are going to do some shopping and then head to a new and really great Mexican restaurant just a few miles from here. We are celebrating spoiled brats birthday. I always love to do this cause it means for a few months he is older than me. If it starts in before 2pm we will have ribs, which I do have defrosted and in the fridge.
