Grilled almond cheese sandwich with avocado and tomato and chunky tomato and black bean soup. I didn't know what I was going to make, but then I saw Sweet*Tea's post and decided to be a copycat.

You bet this was my very first made from scratch cheesecake I did fairly well. I shared with a couple of neighbors that could be dangerous having that much 3" thick cheesecake here.

Trying to clear out some leftovers. So we had green beans, mashed potatoes, jambalaya with sausage, cornbread muffins, and birthday cake.

We had sweet potaotes, and vegan sausage mixed with red peppers and onions. SO has had three helpings, so far!

(He does not know he is eating vegan sausage!) he only wants pork sausage...psych! He is going vegan, slowly, whether he wants to or not...ha ha!

Boneless chicken breasts baked in parchment paper, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and covered with thin sliced onions, halved grape tomatoes, and freshly grated parmesan. Sides of green salad and steamed cauliflower.

Unfortunately the chicken was a little bit overcooked, but good nonetheless.
