Something with chicken breast - probably stir fry with Asian vegetables, shrimp chips and tiny spring rolls. Or chicken strips and steak fries. ???

Tonight a variety of savory German pancakes. I will serve pancakes with fine diced black forest ham, shredded cheddar cheese, fine diced onions and thick yogurt flavored with red and green chilies, fresh rosemary and thyme with finely grated Gruyère cheese or leftover spicy cranberry chutney. All served with a mixed garden salad and to drink they can choose an off-dry Riesling, beer or cider.

We are in a deep freeze so we will sit by the fireplace and enjoy leftover Christmas cookies with mulled red wine.

Have a nice weekend everyone and stay warm

We ended up with 16.8 inches of snow yesterday!!! Woohoo!! The husband is away in NJ so I am debating on taking the kids skiing this afternoon. I prefer him with us so snowshoeing might win. I LOVE SNOW! Almrausch can't rep you yet but I want you to know you are welcome anytime we go snowshoeing!
No matter what we end up doing dinner will be pizza. I know the boys will pick pepperoni. Not a big fan so maybe I will order a small artichoke and mushroom pizza.
I hope everyone's day is as wonderful as can be!
