You are right I could've expanded this list to about 30 or 40 cities , but wanted to keep it around 20...left off a lot of ciites...

P.S. My father - in - law lives in Milwaukee Wisconsin...I love Milwaukee

Your list is pretty accurate. I assume you've been to Sacramento? I feel like this city is very much up and coming and often goes under the national radar, but it keeps growing and developing in sophistication.

So far the Hipsters have been relatively scarce in Long Beach, CA. Hope it stays that way.

Long Beach is a real gem of a city. Its got a lot of grit (and some real crappy areas), but on the whole is has real nice amenities and neighborhoods.

I lived in Pittsburgh for 5 long years. Never again. It has a GREAT PR team -- in reality - it was much more difficult to live in. Everyone I knew back then have since moved on to other places as well. But I do give it credit for effort and if you are from there, you probably love it.

Naw. But we have too many "Bro Culture" MMA types here, especially downtown. Most of the local hipsters are in Costa Mesa

Wow….8 of the ten cities in your top ten come from the West and the other two still west of the Mississippi. What a surprise that a Californians thinks that all the top trendy cities will be in the west. :roll eyes:
