Super longshot Jacksonville revealed the pitch video that was part of its bid. I actually think it's pretty decent. Although the sketches and renderings they used are a bit, umm, of a stretch. The way they imagined it HQ2 pretty much triples the size of the urban core lol. Which I guess it would do if it came here, so it's probably just funny cause I cant imagine it actually coming.

Absolutely. But to be fair that would be true anywhere. There is no where that Amazon wouldn't be able to completely integrate with and transform their HQ2 location in a significant way.
Jax's advantage without question is the low cost and incredibly blank slate (SEE empty acreage) in and around downtown. Amazon can probably do whatever it wants. And the autonomous vehicles on their own ROW is pretty cool too and is actually part of the transit authority's next phase plans. So that's not made up or out of the blue, though it remains to be seen how realistic it is and how successful it would be.
Jax's disadvantages are numerous and quite obvious.

Jacksonville is rather unique to other aspirants in this; adding to that is the fact they would have a (IMO beautiful) riverside location.
Jacksonville's location is one of its most underutilized assets.
Bezos will probably choose Toronto because he hates Trump and his divisive politics!
Amazon is not having a second headquarters outside the US while Trump is in office. If they announce somewhere outside the US Bezos might as well have the press conference on the WH lawn and then drop his pants and take a dump. Because that’s what he’d be doing in trumps eyes.
