I think this makes things a little more interesting.
I'll start it off:
CLEVELAND, OH
LIKES:
1) Big City Feel – rapid trains, tall buildings, wide avenues, ethnic neighborhoods, architecture
2) Sports Town – Browns, Indians, Cavs…Lebron!
3) Nightlife /Entertainment – Playhouse Square, music concerts! (too many), Cleveland Orchestra, Bars and more bars
4) Museums – Cleveland Art Museum, Rock and Roll HOF, Natural History, Botanical Gardens, 'A Christmas Story' House, USS Cod
5) Lake/Metroparks – jet skis, views, biking, beaches (not too bad, really), four seasons
DISLIKES:
1) Out-dated zoning codes in many neighborhoods
2) School District that needs reformed
3) Underutilized Lakefront
4) Urban decay and Section 8 neighborhoods!!
5) Negative Perceptions and people "living in the past."
There! If you really like your city, it's hard to write your dislikes as I've just realized (and probably vice-versa!).
Since I too live in Cleveland, I can't say much. I definitely agree on the DISLIKES but I think you should add "CORRUPT county government" to the list. When the FBI sets up camp for months, you know it's bad.

Yeah, but hopefully it will cause citizens to become more involved.

You pretty much summed up everything I was going to write up for Cleveland!
1) Beach communities
2) Spectrum of foods
3) Hiking in the mountains
4) Variety between neighborhoods/suburbs
5) Weather
DISLIKES:
1) Traffic/Poor public transit
2) Unaffordable home prices
3) A lot of the commercial architecture is bland
4) Generally dirty/lots of vandalism
5) No professional football team
Like:
The People
Architecture
The vast amount of things to do on one given night.
The different neighborhoods.
Climate (could be a little better but its fine)
Dislike:
Traffic
Expensive. (hopefully prices keep on going down)
Dirty
Parts seem a little run down. Not as "new" as the south.
Not really naturally beautiful. No mountains.

Negative perceptions
Likes:
