Second-hand smoke is already causing disease and death to many innocent people. Making pot legal would just expose innocent bystanders to more second-hand smoke and exacerbate an already unjust situation.

I doubt it. Contrary to what propaganda tells you, tobacco smoke causes way more harm than marijuana smoke. The funny thing is people who smoke cigarettes for years end up with cancer, bronchitis, or some other lung disease. Researchers have tried numerous times to make a connection between cannabis cancer. Every attempt has failed. The chances of getting sick are far more present in cigarettes. Oddly enough, cigarette smoke is filtered.

Yea if pot was legal millions will be out roaming the street smoking joints
Technically, marijuana isn't legal anywhere, but in some areas, it isn't enforced. As a matter of fact, it is even illegal in Amsterdam. They just ignore that part of the rule book, lol.
There are already a few areas here in the US that might as well be considered the same as Amsterdam. Example: Arcata, California.

The reason is because of the DEA. The DEA does not understand that this is a state issue nor do they understand that they need to leave other countries alone. I know Canada and the Netherlands gets visits from the head of the DEA and because of those scare tactics they will not legalize.
Count me in too. Then afterwards, we can go find an underground rave out in the middle of nowhere. Those are the best ones really.
I hear the Amish know how to throw a rave!
