Looks like they have started construction as well on Woodruff beside Ashley Furniture on the former Drive-In restaurant property.
I just heard that great wolf lodge and BPS are locating on exit 60 and that they were moving the had station and waffle house to the other side of the road, ect. Anyone heard that?

BPS is in its own thread here, and I believe they are awaiting word from Cabella's on if they've accepted their offer to take C's over before deciding to build or not, but the coming soon signs have been up on the lot for months...but they've done the announce and never build thing many times.
I've heard rumors the Spinx station will rebuild elsewhere. I doubt the Waffle House would move across the street as almost all that land is owned by BMW. Directly across the street from WH a 12 acre parcel is not though, and is owned by SC Ports Authority.
Haven't heard anything on GWL...would be nice to have one close by, but the one in Charlotte is pretty nice. The one in Williamsburg, VA is more how many rooms can we have instead of a water park area.
Does anyone know if there is something new being done with the parcel of land that's next to the DTS Rental place, on right as you look at DTS. This is on Buncombe right off Wade Hampton, after you pass Sonic, same side. There was a large manufactured building there that they just finished taking down yesterday. Have no idea what it was previously used for but noticed the de-construction last week and that they seemed to be done on Friday.
It's not really "retail" but I've been meaning to post this for a few months now but keep forgetting. There's an absolutely gorgeous house (almost mansion like) being built in the oddest location possible; right on Poinsett across from where you go to the Library. This home should be in a very high end subdivision but it's a stand alone in a really bizarre location.

I've seen them building it. I thought it was going to be some type of office.
